Currently, the Mission Playhouse does not operate an integrated Box Office for advance tickets sales. Nearly all events at the Playhouse are presented by independent producers and they are responsible for how they sell tickets. Some offer both online and phone sales, others do not. Please refer to the event page for the event for which you wish to buy tickets for details of how to purchase.

In Person

Our onsite Box office is open 1 hour prior to each performance unless otherwise stated.

Group Sales

Discount group reservations for 10 or more people are available for many Mission Playhouse performances. To buy your tickets, please contact the producers of the show listed on the relevant event page. If you experience any difficulties reaching the producers, please call Steve Wilkinson here at the Playhouse by email at swilkinson@missionplayhouse.org or call (626) 308-2865 ext 228. While we’ll do all we can to help, please note that unless the Playhouse is producing the show, we cannot sell tickets for events.

Refunds / Exchanges

Events at the Playhouse are presented by independent producers. The issuing of refunds and exchanges is completely at the discretion of the show producers and not the Mission Playhouse. Please direct any inquiries regarding refunds and exchanges to the contacts listed on the event pages that relate to the event for which you purchased your ticket.

Please safeguard your tickets; lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. There are no refunds or exchanges for unused tickets. Tickets are good only for the specific performance designated and are not for resale.
